Healthy Food - A term that should have come into use ONLY after the food we eat has become Unhealthy for XYZ reasons.

Which means the food we had been eating before was definitely Healthy.
As we all know minimal food processing like flouring, fermentation, drying etc. came into existence to address specific needs and to provide food security round the year. With the industrial revolution, especially during World War II large scale industrial food processing had started. Which later became our most convenient, famous mouth watering droolworthy unhealthy salty sugary fast food/junk food.

Coming back to the our story (history) - Prior to the industrial revolution, people used to eat fresh food and very minimally processed food like fermented, dried, pickled etc. Most of which is sourced directly from farms, and processed very little to make it edible/eatable or not processed at all. We can say those are "The Basic Foods" which is offered by mother nature.

Well, don't we have those basic foods available for us now ? Fortunately we still DO.
​
It is just that, the kind of lifestyle we are into, we are habituated to eating whatever is made available for us, which is nothing but highly processed unhealthy food. Majority of these behaviors are carefully and scientifically driven by the so called Food Industry which made sure that their highly processed foods are available all over and it became a big challenge for us to even find our own "The Basic Foods".

And now the time has come to reclaim what is rightfully important and essential for us. We are going back to basics.

Healthy food comes in all shapes and sizes now. Too many types of diets are available, some of which are again being carefully and scientifically designed to hook us with specific products and lifestyles. Almost all of these diets or lifestyles are highly debatable (debates are still on..)

But the fact is our own "The Basic Foods" are always there as our saviors, irrespective of what experiments we want to try with our bodies. And our body is pretty well aware of what to do with those basic foods.

Sounds simple? Yes, it is. Our body doesn't make things complex for us. And these Basic Foods are the essential building blocks of our body. These are non-negotiables. Period.

So here we are, offering "The Basic Foods", trying to fit into your current lifestyle by making it available where it is much needed. Now on the spaces you work and live will become better and healthy.

Don't be harsh on your body
You don't need to be harsh on your body to be healthy. How you feel matters more than shape and size. As long as your body supports your lifestyle and you feel comfortable, there is nothing like it. Happiness plays better role than an unhappy diet plan.
